What cap styles do you support?
Structured 6-panel, unstructured, snapback, trucker, beanie, visor, flexfit — all headwear types.
Can I get 3D puff added?
Yes — we can add 3D puff to any cap design. Just let us know when you order and specify the foam height you want.
How much does cap digitizing cost?
Most cap and hat logos run $10–$25, based on stitch count ($1.50 per 1,000 stitches, $10 minimum). 3D puff cap designs run $30–$55.
What size should my cap design be?
Standard front panel logos are typically 2.25" tall x 4" wide. We can adjust to your exact size requirements.
Do you digitize for small cap logos?
Yes. We handle everything from small side-panel designs to large front-and-back combinations.
My cap has a seam through the middle — is that okay?
We'll position your design to account for the seam. Where designs must cross seams, we optimize density and underlay accordingly.
