Terms of service.

By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using www.digitizingstitches.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Digitizing Stitches provides remote embroidery digitizing, uniform badge digitizing, and vector art conversion. You send us artwork, and we deliver digital stitch files or vector files in the formats you request. We do not supply physical embroidery, garments, or patches.

Every job starts with a quote. The price is confirmed in your quote before work begins.

• Standard digitizing is priced at $1.50 per 1,000 stitches, with a $10 minimum and a $55 maximum per design.
• Vector art conversion starts at $15.
• Complex portrait digitizing and unusually demanding jobs are quoted individually.
• Flat prices and discounts for consistent orders may be agreed in writing.

Payment is made via PayPal. We invoice through PayPal once your quote is approved. Prices are in US dollars unless we state otherwise. You are responsible for any PayPal or currency-conversion fees charged by PayPal or your bank.

Our normal turnaround is 6–8 hours, and rush orders can be delivered in a few hours. These are estimates that depend on the size and complexity of the design, the quality of the artwork, and how quickly you respond to questions. Turnaround times are not guaranteed unless we have agreed a specific rush delivery with you in writing.

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all artwork you submit, and that using it for embroidery will not infringe anyone's rights. You keep ownership of your artwork. We claim no ownership of it.

Once your order is paid for, you receive a licence to use the delivered files for your own business and production. We keep the right to retain a copy of finished files in our archive to reissue to you, and we will delete them on request.

If a file does not run correctly because of how we digitized it, we will revise it free of charge. Send us a photo or a description of the problem and we will correct it.

Changes to the original design, such as resizing, adding text, or changing colours, are new requests and may be quoted separately.

Because our deliverables are digital files that cannot be returned, orders are generally non-refundable once delivered. If we cannot produce a file that works after reasonable revisions, we will consider a refund or credit on a case-by-case basis. Contact us promptly and tell us what went wrong.

How a design sews out depends on your machine, fabric, backing, thread, hooping, and settings, all of which are outside our control. We digitize with care for the fabric and application you tell us about, but we cannot guarantee identical results on every machine or material.

You agree not to submit artwork that is unlawful, infringing, or hateful, and not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it without authorisation. We may decline or cancel any job at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services are provided on an as-is basis, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, spoiled garments, or lost production time. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in North Carolina, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the date it was last updated. Continuing to use our services means you accept the updated terms.
