What file formats can I send you?
We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, BMP, and even low-res photos. We work with whatever you have.
How long does digitizing take?
Standard turnaround is 6–8 hours. Need it sooner? Rush orders are turned around in a few hours. Complex multi-color or large designs may take slightly longer, and we'll always let you know.
How much does digitizing cost?
Pricing is $1.50 per 1,000 stitches, with a $10 minimum and a $55 maximum per design. Flat prices are available, and consistent customers get discounts. Payment is via PayPal.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes — free revisions are included with every order. If your design doesn't stitch out as expected, send us the sew-out and we'll fix it.
What if I don't know my machine format?
Just tell us your machine make and model. We'll send the right format. If you're unsure, DST works on most commercial machines.
Can you digitize a photo or sketch?
Yes. We can digitize from any source artwork — photos, sketches, business cards, screenshots, or hand-drawn art.
