What kinds of uniform badges do you digitize?
Police, sheriff, security, fire and EMS, corrections, animal control, school, and corporate badges and crests. If it goes on a uniform, we can digitize it.
How much do badge files cost?
Badges are priced like any other design: $1.50 per 1,000 stitches, with a $10 minimum and a $55 maximum. Flat prices and discounts for consistent orders are available.
Can you work from a photo of an existing badge?
Yes. Send a clear photo, scan, or the original artwork and we'll digitize it to match, including seal details and lettering.
How small can the text be?
Very small lettering needs careful handling. We'll advise on the minimum readable size for your badge and adjust the design where lettering is too small to stitch cleanly.
How fast can I get a badge file?
Standard turnaround is 6–8 hours. Rush orders are turned around in a few hours.
What formats do you deliver?
DST, PES, JEF, XXX, VP3, EXP and more. Tell us your machine make and model and we'll send the right one.
