What you get
Why our vector art conversion
stands out.
Every detail matters when a design hits the machine. Here's what comes with every file we deliver.
Clean Path Tracing
Every curve, corner, and edge is traced by hand for smooth, clean paths — not auto-trace artifacts.
Color Separation
Colors are separated into individual layers, making the file ready for embroidery color sequencing or screen print separation.
Any Source Accepted
JPG, PNG, PDF, phone photos, business cards, napkin sketches — we can work from any reference you have.
Font Recreation
If your logo uses a specific font or custom lettering, we recreate it as outlined vector paths — no font dependency.
Embroidery-Optimized Output
Our vector files are drawn with embroidery constraints in mind — thicknesses, fill areas, and stroke weights that translate to thread.
Print & Screen Ready
The same vector file works for screen printing, heat transfer, laser engraving, and digital print — one file, all applications.
Formats

FAQ
Good questions,
straight answers.
Can't find what you're after? Message us and we'll reply fast.
How much does vector art conversion cost?
Vector art conversion starts at $15. Complex illustrations are quoted based on the amount of detail, and flat prices are available for ongoing work.
What's the difference between raster and vector?
Raster images (JPG, PNG) are pixel-based and lose quality when scaled up. Vector files use math-based paths that scale infinitely with no quality loss.
Can you vectorize a photo?
Yes — we can create a vector illustration from a photo, but complex photographs are simplified to flat, clean artwork. We'll show you a preview before delivery.
Do I need a vector file for embroidery?
Not necessarily — we can digitize from a raster image. But a vector source gives us more detail to work from, which can improve the final stitch file.
What if I only have a business card with my logo?
A high-res scan or photo of your business card is a great starting point. We've worked from much worse.
Can you recreate a logo I don't have the original file for?
Yes — logo recreation is a common request. We rebuild your logo as a clean vector from any visual reference you provide.
